This wine is made from grapes grown on century-old vines located within the walled enclosure of Pazo de Fefiñanes, where three factors contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes. Firstly, the accumulated heat in the stone walls; secondly, the continuous flow of water from the Fuente del Pez located south of the vineyard; and most importantly, the forest that borders the north, providing freshness and green aromas that are captured by the grape skins. In addition to generally having higher alcohol content, this historic vineyard has a distinctive saline character due to its proximity to the sea.

Intense and fruity, with notes of ripe Albariño grapes, apple, and all the aromatic components released during full grape ripening. Honey and ripe melon. 

Intense and persistent. It showcases a balance between alcohol, acidity, and bitterness, without any sharp edges. A subtle touch of salinity. Rich in nuances characteristic of a well-established wine.
